Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TravlTeam mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Sherry Brothers LLC (“TravlTeam”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility and Account Registration

  • You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

License to Use the Service

  • TravlTeam grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the app on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use in connection with managing teams, events, and travel.

  • All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by TravlTeam and its licensors.

Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or third parties.

  • Upload or share content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems, or interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the app except where permitted by law.

TravlTeam may investigate and take appropriate action (including account suspension or termination) if you violate these rules.
User Content

  • You may be able to submit content such as team names, event details, messages, or other information (“User Content”). You remain responsible for your User Content.

  • By submitting User Content, you grant TravlTeam a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely for operating and improving the Service.

  • You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit User Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share personal information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
In-App Purchases and Fees (if applicable)

  • Certain features or services may be offered as paid upgrades or subscriptions. Pricing and payment terms will be presented at the point of purchase through the applicable app store or payment provider.

  • All purchases are processed by third-party platforms (such as Apple App Store or Google Play), and their terms, refund policies, and billing procedures apply. TravlTeam does not control and is not responsible for such third-party terms.

If you do not currently charge for the app, you can state: “At this time, TravlTeam does not charge subscription fees or in-app purchase fees. If this changes in the future, updated terms will be provided.”
Service Availability and Modifications

  • TravlTeam may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice, including for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.

  • TravlTeam will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Third-Party Services and Links

  • The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services such as map providers, analytics services, or calendar platforms.

  • TravlTeam is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

Intellectual Property

  • All content and materials in the Service, including the TravlTeam name, logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements, are owned by or licensed to TravlTeam and are protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You may not use any TravlTeam trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

  • TravlTeam does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • TravlTeam and its owners, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

  • TravlTeam’s total cumulative liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) 50 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TravlTeam and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Service;

  • Your violation of these Terms; or

  • Your violation of any third-party rights.

Termination

  • TravlTeam may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

  • You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

  • Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles (update this if you prefer another jurisdiction).

  • Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If you later prefer arbitration or another mechanism, this clause can be adapted.
Changes to These Terms

  • TravlTeam may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last Updated” date at the top.

  • If changes are material, we may provide additional notice (for example, within the app or by email).

  • Your continued use of the Service after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
